This model represents the Northwest Orient Cargo 707-320 N359US as it appeared in 1974. The InFlight 200 production of this model was 156 pieces worldwide, released in June 2004.
The Boeing 707 was the first in the long line of Boeing commercial jet airliners. Its wingspan was 130 feet 10 inches, and it had more than 100 windows. Later versions could fly up to 189 passengers 6,000 miles at 600 mph. The Air Force bought three 707-120s and converted them into VIP transports. When the president was aboard, it was called “Air Force One.” Later, two 707-320s were specifically configured as Air Force One presidential airplanes. A total of 855 707s were delivered between 1957 and 1992.
